Summons System Overview

Overview of the Summons system with tiers, elements, acquisition, and combat roles in Endless Ragnarok.

Summons in Endless Ragnarok

Summons transform Chaos-difficulty combat by letting Lyria call over 100 allies—from primal beasts to ordinary villagers—onto the battlefield. Each Summon has a tier (Rare, Epic, etc.), element affinity, gauge cost, and combat role. Some are player-controlled during invocation; others provide passive party buffs or activate through Primal Bursts.

Summons are restricted to Chaos-difficulty and above in the full release. The open beta exception allowed testing on a specific Proto Bahamut quest.

Acquisition Methods

Obtain Summons through Endless Ragnarok story progression, quest rewards, exchange systems, and specific boss farming. Notable examples from previews include Lucilius and Roland as expensive high-cost primals, Furycane for controlled area assault, and Nazarbonju for ranged freeze effects. Premium Summons may require farming Beelzebub or Lucilius on Chaos tier.

Passive Traits and Build Integration

Equipped Summons grant passive stat bonuses even when not invoked. Factor traits into build planning alongside sigils and Master Traits—some traits specifically amplify Summon effectiveness. Read best Summons ranking and full guide for details.
